该产品为半开孔性海棉，系在双分组EVA海绵的成型后，采用特殊工艺浸渍导电涂料，从而使其具备导电性能。其工艺流程可分为：
1、 聚醚型EVA海绵发泡生产；按工艺要求控制泡孔和密度；
2、 将前述海绵爆破除膜，使其成为开孔性海绵；
3、 将前述开孔性海绵浸渍到点涂料，干燥。
产品规则：
1、常规尺寸：
2.0m*1.0m*50mm\2.0m*1.0m*30mm\2.0m*1.0m*10mm\2.0m*0.5m*50mm\2.0m*0.5m*30mm\2.0m*0.5m*10mm
2、其他厚度如：15mm、20mm、25mm等需定制，交货周期为20天。
